Another PPTA for a sanitation project for large urban areas in support of ADB’s Metropolitan Sanitation Management and Health Projects started in January 2007. The scope of the project is to support the cities of West Jakarta, Makassar and other related cities in piloting and developing community-based approaches for improved environmental sanitation. UN-HABITAT contributes for capacity building.
